Maintenance Technician

WorkSource is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for CANTEX Inc. at their Mineral Wells location. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering stability, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair systems including welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical components, and PLCs Support machine uptime by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions Assist with equipment adjustments, installations, and process improvements Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all maintenance activities Qualifications Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Hands-on experience with: Welding Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Electrical troubleshooting PLC interaction Experience with automation or robotic equipment is a strong plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Why WorkSource?
