Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Deliver safe, evidence-based, relationship-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure timely documentation. Educate patients and families; involve them in care planning and goal setting. Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities. Serve as mentor/preceptor to nurses, staff, and students. Support efficient use of resources and uphold organizational policies and safety standards Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred). Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single State or Compact). Knowledge of acute care nursing practice standards. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Minimum 5 years of recent, relevant acute care clinical nursing experience. BLS (Basic Life Support). ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within 180 days of hire (if not current upon hire).
