We are looking for a strategic leader to drive growth within our Industrial business unit by identifying innovative project opportunities and fostering meaningful relationships with clients. If you have extensive experience in consulting, engineering, design-build, and EPC projects, we invite you to help enhance our services for industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead business development initiatives and engage with major industrial clients across the U.S., with a focus on advanced technology facilities. Establish and nurture strong relationships with industrial clients to deliver exceptional service management. Collaborate closely with senior project managers and technical experts to improve project execution and expand our market presence. Partner with our award-winning technology team to deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at driving growth and profitability for CDM Smith. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 12 years of experience in a related role. Willingness to travel as necessary, both domestically and internationally. Equivalent directly related experience may be considered in lieu of academic qualifications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in business development across various industrial sectors, including oil and gas, chemicals, food and beverage, manufacturing, data centers, high technology, and power. Strong technical expertise in water and wastewater management, including treatment systems and compliance with regulatory standards. Preferred bachelor's degree in engineering.
