Your Role and Responsibilities Lead strategic engagements centered around supply chain planning and procurement transformation. Drive revenue growth through collaboration with strategic accounts and executive-level interactions, enhancing IBM's market presence. Shape and refine IBM's supply chain consulting strategy to align with emerging market trends and client needs. Facilitate high-level workshops and solution design sessions, leveraging your deep domain expertise. Build trusted advisor relationships by influencing key decisions with C-suite executives. Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful execution and impact of transformation initiatives. Provide thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, and participation in industry forums. Work Environment This is a hybrid role; your primary work location will be assigned based on business needs. You may work from an IBM location, client sites, or from home. The specific number of days onsite will be determined by your management team. Any changes to this work arrangement need prior approval from your manager. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Extensive experience in Procurement Transformation, guiding organizations to optimize procurement processes and strategies while understanding market forces. Proficiency in data-driven analysis, identifying performance gaps, and recommending comprehensive transformation strategies. Strong strategic business acumen, skilled in reviewing and crafting business strategies aligned with market dynamics. In-depth knowledge of organizational enablement across process, IT, and knowledge management, with a focus on driving business growth and optimization. Experience in initiating business transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth through strategic recommendations and solutions. Familiarity with AI-Enabled Procurement Solutions, including e-sourcing platforms and contract management systems. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Experience with advanced data analysis tools for identifying performance gaps and recommending transformative solutions. Expertise in market intelligence and competitive analysis, enhancing strategic business decisions. Industry experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or high-tech. Familiarity with IoT and smart manufacturing technologies for integrated supply chain solutions. Knowledge in logistics operations and sustainable supply chain practices, including ESG compliance.
