We are seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) for Corporate Technology Solutions-an innovative and strategic leader to guide technology delivery within Human Resources IT (HRIT), Finance IT, and Legal, Compliance & Risk. Collaborating closely with the VP, Segment CIO, this role will propel transformation initiatives, promote cross-functional alignment, and engage proactively with business stakeholders to achieve impactful results. Initially, the AVP will concentrate primarily on HR and Finance, with planned future expansions into Legal, Risk, and Compliance as transformation efforts progress. Bring a wealth of experience with platforms such as Workday, Oracle Fusion, and Anaplan, specifically in leading HR and Finance transformation projects. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering results and technical acumen across various platforms, alongside senior leadership experience in complex corporate environments. A change agent, they will effectively collaborate with diverse internal and external partners to design and implement strategic initiatives. Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside technology and business leadership to craft a vision and strategy that steers technology strategy and execution for HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk IT portfolios, encompassing 75+ applications and core platforms. Shape the strategic investment and modernization roadmap for HR technology with an emphasis on enhancing associate experience. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior IT and business leaders. Facilitate journey-centric interactions for candidates, associates, contractors, alumni, visitors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate closely with product owners and managers, strategy teams, and IT development partners to construct and execute the strategy and roadmap. Lead large delivery teams while fostering a culture of high performance and engagement through goal setting and talent development. Continuously evaluate new technologies and processes, suggesting improvements to advance organizational capabilities. Assess and communicate IT investment risks, managing them proactively as they arise. Coordinate consultations with stakeholders to define systems requirements for new technology implementations. Develop a deep understanding of interrelated organizational capabilities across segments and the enterprise. Make decisions aligned with intradepartmental coordination and strategic planning for business outcomes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 15+ years of technical leadership experience with HCM and ERP solutions, primarily Workday, Oracle, and other SaaS solutions across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Risk. 10+ years of experience leading large teams comprising full-time employees and contractors. In-depth knowledge of vendor contract negotiations and risk management best practices. Excellent verbal and communication skills. A genuine passion for enhancing consumer experiences. Proven ability to influence peers and leadership teams organization-wide. Travel: Although this is a remote role, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: This range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. The actual pay may vary based on geographical location and individual qualifications, including job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. The salary range is $189,400 - $260,500 per year and is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and/or company performance.
