As a Senior Manager, you will supervise software engineering projects, ensure successful implementation, drive innovation in processes, and uphold exceptional operational standards. Your role will involve high-level client engagement, mentoring junior team members, and leading the creation of large-scale distributed data processing systems. Responsibilities: Oversee software engineering projects to guarantee efficient implementation. Innovate processes to ensure operational excellence. Collaborate closely with clients to enhance project outcomes. Mentor junior staff to advance their professional development. Lead the design of large-scale distributed data processing frameworks. Utilize specialized knowledge to deliver superior results. Encourage teams to collaboratively tackle complex challenges. Contribute to the firm’s overall success and growth. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. In cases without a degree, a combination of 3 years of specialized training and/or progressive work experience in technology may be considered for each missing year of formal education. What Sets You Apart: A Master's Degree in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Preferred Certifications: Foundational Cloud Digital Leader, Generative AI Leader. Cloud Engineer Associate, Cloud Developer Professional. Cloud Architect Professional, Machine Learning Engineer Professional, Cloud DevOps Engineer Professional. Proficiency in Java 8 or Python programming, experience with microservices and event-driven architecture, familiarity with container orchestration tools, and understanding of Kafka and Apache NiFi are essential.
