Job Details Location: Seaford, DE 19973 (Delaware nursing jobs / Seaford healthcare) Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) - Skilled nursing facility Contract Type: Travel (Local Only) - Travel LPN / LPN travel assignment Start Date: March 2, 2026 End Date: April 11, 2026 Duration: 6 weeks Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (8-hour evening shifts) Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed) Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,300 - $1,360 Openings: 1 Job Requirements / Qualifications Active and valid LPN license in the state of Delaware Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar LTC setting is preferred Comfortable working 8-hour evening shifts and completing a full 6-week travel assignment Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills Experience with medication administration, charting, and electronic health records (EHR) is a plus Familiarity with facility policies, infection control, and state LTC regulations Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols (medication administration) Monitor, assess, and document resident status, vital signs, wounds, and care progress in the EHR Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care Support admissions, transfers, and discharge processes as needed during the evening shift Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control procedures, and Delaware state regulations Why Join This Seaford, DE LTC Opportunity?
