Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night PRN

Cascades at Riverwalk is a fantastic skilled nursing facility located in Midvale, UT. We are expanding our nursing team and we are excited that you've considered us. If you want a supportive team beside you, grateful residents around you, and a place to grow as a CNA - you've found it! At this time we are only considering CNAs who have been certified and working as a CNA for a year or more. Hours: This is a Noc PRN position - PRN requirements are at least one shift per week. Wages and Benefits: Hourly range of $18-23 Training On the job training will be provided to all CNAs. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experience Requirements Must have Current CNA certification Effective communication with coworkers and residents Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care Job Duties Answer residents' call lights to determine needs Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
