Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Trainer to join our Training Center of Excellence team at Easterseals NH & VT. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering and tracking training to ensure compliance with regulations and policies for a variety of programs, and to support the mission and goals of Easterseals New Hampshire and Vermont. Additional responsibilities include: Deliver training relevant to a variety of Easterseals NH & VT programs for internal and external audiences, both in-person and virtually. Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program by providing training at a variety of locations and times. Ensure active certifications and credentials necessary to conduct safety, compliance, and professional development trainings. Serve as a subject matter expert to provide feedback on curriculum and collaborate to improve learning materials. Give and receive feedback with other members of the training team. Observe instructional sessions and provide coaching and feedback to instructors from across the agency. Welcome new employees at orientation and deliver initial program orientation material. Communicate professionally with a variety of stakeholders and audiences. Support employees and their managers to access and complete training as needed. Accurately report all training and assessment results. Ensure that all trainings are following safety protocols. Attend all required Training Team meetings, and other meetings as assigned. Maintain proficiency in all systems and tools used by the Training Team and Agency at large, including Workday. Coordinate the development and analysis of relevant data for continuous quality improvement purposes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, OR Three (3) to five (5) years experience in human services or education and in conducting trainings Maintain certifications in courses such as Red Cross CPR, Mandt, MOAB and others as requested Ability to demonstrate and teach physical skills, including physical interventions Ability to instruct Microsoft applications and other systems and tools as requested Excellent written and oral communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience and education. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. What's in it for you?
