Senior Product Manager - AIDriven Workflow ProductHybrid SeattleCompensation base range: $140-160k We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the endtoend development of an AIpowered enterprise workflow product. This role focuses on turning advanced technical capabilities into intuitive customer experiences while building a disciplined, scalable product management practice. You will be the connective tissue between engineering, internal operations, sales, and leadership, ensuring the product is usable, accurate, and ready for market adoption. What You'll Do You will establish structure, clarity, and operational rhythm across the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: • Drive operational excellence by creating clear product documentation, including PRDs, specifications, and user stories • Lead customer discovery using frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done, with an emphasis on understanding how users interact with complex data workflows • Partner closely with internal operators who serve as primary users, refining the product through a humanintheloop feedback loop • Coordinate across sales, engineering, and leadership to align market needs, technical realities, and strategic direction • Translate broad concepts and earlystage ideas into actionable product plans, feature definitions, and workflows • Support the development of a repeatable product discovery and execution process as the organization scales What You Bring We're looking for a seniorlevel product builder who is comfortable stepping into ambiguity and creating clarity. Ideal candidates have: • 6-10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software • Strong product discovery skills, including user interviewing and turning qualitative insights into actionable requirements • Experience designing or managing complex workflows in enterprise applications • Technical depth, with the ability to understand nonfunctional requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and communicate effectively with engineering • The ability to work autonomously in a fastmoving environment, bringing structure where needed • A balance of customer empathy, execution rigor, and crossfunctional collaboration Nice to have: • Familiarity with how AIpowered systems work, including concepts like probabilistic outputs and model performance considerations. Deep specialization in AI is not required.
