Job Overview The Investment Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and other retirement plans. This position involves providing exceptional client service, handling account administration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Investment Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their IRA accounts are invested effectively. Job Structure Details On-Site, Sioux Falls, SD Full Time, Monday-Friday Non-Exempt/Hourly Benefits Health, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Employer Contribution of 4% Paid Time Off and Volunteer Time Off 13.5 Paid Holidays Parental Leave Paid 30 Minute Lunch Catered lunch every Monday Monthly 15-minute massage Responsibilities & Duties Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their IRA accounts, cryptocurrency, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on account related matters. Provide guidance and support to clients on next steps for requested investments on their custodian-controlled IRA Account, on the selection, purchase, and management of cryptocurrency assets, as well as addressing any related inquiries or issues. Assist clients with understanding their business goals and financial needs. Provide detailed guidance on the investment options and preferences. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalized support to meet their retirement planning needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRA rules and regulations. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for clients and support overall business objectives. Other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Previous experience in financial services, particularly in IRA administration or retirement accounts, preferred. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience with financial software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite products. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Compensation DOE, Starting at $23 per hour
