Job Description Human Resources Manager We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations, support employee relations, and oversee benefits and wellness programs. This role guides a high-performing HR team, ensures compliance, and partners with leaders to deliver a strong employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the HR team Oversee benefits strategy, wellness programs, and Open Enrollment Serve as escalation point for employee relations and leave matters Manage HR vendors and ensure compliance with employment and benefits regulations Support HRIS improvements and process optimization Partner with leaders to align HR operations with business needs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership Strong benefits and compliance expertise HR certifications preferred (SHRM, CEBS, etc.) Excellent communication, judgment, and collaboration skills Additional Info: Office-based environment Travel up to 20% may be required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
