Mission Control Associate

Our Client, v Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Control Associate for their Las Vegas, NV location. Responsibilities: Support commercial service operations from our service operations command center Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists Work cross-functionally to ensure the operation in your market is running smoothly Be the first stop for basic vehicle troubleshooting Create and escalate service disruption events via an internal ticketing system Dispatch Fleet Response crews in the event a vehicle needs to be recovered and coordinate with other cross functional teams for updates Manage market configuration, like setting restricted areas and hours of operation Assist with documentation and process improvement Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive mindset and resourcefulness Computer literacy proficiency Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Why Should You Apply?
