Requirements: Must reside within a 100-mile radius 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years Must possess a Class A CDL Age requirement: at least 21 years old No reckless driving convictions in the past 5 years No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years No license suspensions or revocations for moving violations in the past 5 years No serious violations within the last 12 months No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years Essential Functions: Load freight (up to 80 lbs lift requirement) Unload freight (up to 80 lbs lift requirement) Move freight (force requirement: 54 lbs) Lift side kits (lift requirement: 46 lbs) Lift tarp (up to 110 lbs lift requirement) Secure loads with chains and hardware (lift requirement: 80 lbs) Climb on and off the flatbed trailer/load as needed Count freight and complete necessary paperwork Perform pre-trip inspections and drive safely Ability to sit upright for extended periods Maintain regular attendance
