Join Our Driver Team as a Dedicated Flatbed Truck Operator! As a dedicated driver, you'll enjoy the advantages of consistent customers and scheduled routes. Competitive Compensation Average earnings of $1,475 per week / $76,700 annually Starting pay at $0.60 per mile Average weekly miles: 1,800 Stop pay of $25 per stop (average 8 stops per week) Additional pay options: Detention and breakdown pay available Annual pay increase on your contract anniversary Enjoy Your Weekends! Monday to Friday schedule, averaging 2-3 nights out per week Weekends off for your leisure! Requirements: Must reside within a 100-mile radius 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years Must possess a Class A CDL Age requirement: at least 21 years old No reckless driving convictions in the past 5 years No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years No license suspensions or revocations for moving violations in the past 5 years No serious violations within the last 12 months No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years Essential Functions: Load freight (up to 80 lbs lift requirement) Unload freight (up to 80 lbs lift requirement) Move freight (force requirement: 54 lbs) Lift side kits (lift requirement: 46 lbs) Lift tarp (up to 110 lbs lift requirement) Secure loads with chains and hardware (lift requirement: 80 lbs) Climb on and off the flatbed trailer/load as needed Count freight and complete necessary paperwork Perform pre-trip inspections and drive safely Ability to sit upright for extended periods Maintain regular attendance
