Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join a team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $115,000 to $145,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with company growth objectives. Provide expert consultation and mediation for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair resolutions. Conduct impartial investigations and advise on employment actions to optimize performance while mitigating risks. Support performance management initiatives, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary procedures. Drive employee retention and engagement by strengthening workplace relationships and improving management capabilities. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred. 8+ years of HR experience and 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership teams. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including employee relations, labor laws, and organizational change. Have the ability to analyze and interpret employee relations data to drive business strategies. Capable of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively execute HR strategies. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear guidance and influence decision-making. Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies. A strong understanding of business operations, financial standing, and competitive landscape. Able to leverage data and analytics to develop strategies that enhance the employee experience.
