This opportunity involves delivering specialized nursing care within a long-term care setting in Tomah, WI. Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to appropriate leadership. Maintain precise and comprehensive resident documentation. Carry out additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must hold a current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license. Current CPR/BLS certification required. Two-year nursing degree is required; a four-year nursing degree is preferred. At least one year of related nursing experience preferred. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are essential. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
