This onsite role across multiple locations involves hands-on Appian development, agile delivery, and team guidance in fast-paced sprints. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Appian BPM applications, including Tempo, Mobility Features, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, and Deployments. Leverage AI Studio for advanced process automation and Case Management Services. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket; manage Jira stories independently. Perform impact analysis, guide the team, and deliver in short sprints using Agile/Scrum and continuous integration. Utilize strong knowledge of Appian fundamentals: BPM, Architecture Components, Designer Features, and Configurations. Excel in HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, and digital foundation skills for robust UIs. Essential Skills (Required) 8-10 years of experience in Appian BPM development. Hands-on with Appian product suite: BPM Fundamentals, Architecture, Designer Features, Configurations, Case Management Services, Tempo, Mobility, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment. AI Studio experience required. Proficiency in CI/CD (Jenkins, Bitbucket), Jira, Agile/Scrum, continuous integration. Ability to work independently, perform impact analysis, guide teams, and deliver under tight sprints. Strong communication and documentation skills.
