This role will focus on resolving specific venue issues and implementing configuration changes. As a delivery consultant/solution architect, you will interact extensively with the relevant stakeholders to guide solution design and support processes for successful implementation of Cerner's software solutions. Responsibilities Bring 2-4 years of relevant experience in a mid to large-scale networked distributed computing environment, along with a BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or departmental systems. Provide comprehensive solution functionality. Possess a clear understanding of Cerner solutions, managing designated tasks throughout project involvement. Consult in the design, build, and troubleshooting processes within the tools utilized by the project team. Communicate weekly status updates and project plans effectively to both clients and Cerner project team members. Ensure adherence to service level agreements for client requests. Assist clients and project teams by analyzing current departmental workflows. Gather requirements and consult on potential impacts of complex application configuration requests. Manage process improvements diligently, utilizing existing solutions to achieve enhanced performance and outcomes. Document all work meticulously, producing high-quality materials for internal and external use throughout your engagement with Cerner. Maintain clarity regarding the scope of your solutions, ensuring client commitments align with this scope. The hiring range for this position in USD is between $33.94 and $67.88 per hour, translating to an annual salary between $70,600 and $141,200. Equity options may also be available.
