Key Responsibilities: Manage the procurement of carriers across various transportation modes, including LTL, parcel, truckload, intermodal, ocean, and air. Lead and mentor the carrier procurement management team, cultivating a culture focused on high performance and ongoing improvement. Oversee the lifecycle of contracts, collaborating with our Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure adequate coverage and protection. Analyze and report supply chain trends, negotiation strategies, and procurement results to executive leadership, guiding our logistics initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of transportation procurement experience, particularly in transportation contract negotiation. Demonstrated expertise in utilizing procurement software and organizing initiatives. Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive impactful business initiatives.
