The Lead Product Manager will spearhead the management of an innovative portfolio specializing in clinical and weight management solutions. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in clinical product management or with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), thriving in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with company goals. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and requirement gathering to design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization. Work collaboratively with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to ensure the timely delivery of top-quality products. Leverage data-driven insights, including customer feedback and market analysis, to inform product decisions and assess success. Be the advocate for customer perspectives to ensure our solutions effectively address real challenges and enhance user experiences. Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure alignment across executive, business, and technical teams. Continuously monitor product performance, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and iterate to boost user adoption, engagement, and outcomes. Required Skills and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. At least five years of experience in PBM or clinical product management. A curious, creative, and strategic approach to problem-solving. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of successfully launching products that exceed business objectives. Ability to become a subject matter expert and develop tailored solutions for specific markets. Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Preferred candidates will hold an MBA, MPH, or a similar advanced degree. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary based on individual qualifications, with an anticipated hiring range of $140,000 - $175,000 per year. This role is also eligible for short-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
