This role blends people’s advocacy with business development , offering the opportunity to help individuals find meaningful work while helping local businesses solve real staffing challenges.If you enjoy building relationships, having purpose in your work, and seeing direct results from your efforts, this could be a great fit.What You’ll Do Meet with candidates face-to-face to understand their experience, strengths, and goalsAct as an advocate and coach, supporting employees throughout their assignmentsPrepare candidates for interviews by sharing insights, expectations, and client informationMaintain accurate and organized records in our proprietary databaseCoordinate interviews and hiring steps between candidates and clientsVisit client companies to learn about their culture, needs, and work environmentsPromote candidate strengths and help businesses see the value in the people you representBuild long-term client relationships through regular communication and trustIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business development What We’re Looking ForYou do not need staffing or recruiting experience.
