This pivotal role is essential in enhancing the effectiveness of our Chief Clinical Officer while serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner. You will be integral in streamlining leadership alignment, setting priorities, and empowering the Clinical Leadership team. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as a strategic thought partner and leadership proxy in key meetings. Managing the coordination of the Clinical Department's OKRs and business reporting. Preparing comprehensive reporting and insights to inform executive decisions. Facilitating all leadership meetings to ensure optimal communication and alignment. We seek applicants with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, operations, consulting, service delivery, or strategy, coupled with a proven history in a Chief of Staff or similar role supporting senior executives. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with a high emotional intelligence to build trust across all leadership levels.
