Required Skills: Current certification as a CRNA Valid state RN license DEA license BLS and ACLS certifications Proficiency in anesthesia administration across multiple specialties (peds, dental, general surgery, ortho, OB, urology, podiatry, endo) Ability to supervise and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with regional and block anesthesia Prior use of Cerner EMR system Experience working in hospital settings with varied patient populations Additional certifications or training in advanced anesthesia techniques Preferred Education and Experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital environment Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is a plus Other Requirements: Available for day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 13:00 Willing to obtain or hold valid licenses for placement Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days Must be willing to support two weeks per month (week on/week off) schedule if necessary Ability to support multiple locations and adjust to varied surgical procedures Compensation: Hourly Pay Rate: $237.90 We offer a competitive compensation package including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws.
