Food Delivery Driver

Description Join our exciting team as a Food Delivery Driver and help us serve America's favorite pizzas! This position offers an attractive hourly wage plus delivery tips and a standard fee for each delivery you complete. The more deliveries you make, the more you earn! As a driver, your main responsibilities will include: Transporting customer orders from the restaurant to their specified location. Performing final checks on orders before delivery. Processing cash and card payments. Delivering pizzas and other food items promptly. Efficiently utilizing navigation tools to find customer addresses. Maintaining a pleasant demeanor as the representative of our company. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Your responsibilities will also include: Confirming orders with customers before delivery. Ensuring complete accuracy of food items for delivery. Collecting payments and returning any unpaid items to the store. Adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Communicating professionally with customers. Promoting our products and services positively. Receiving on-the-job coaching and training. Assisting management with store tasks and other duties. Packaging and distributing orders. Cleaning and stocking the kitchen and showroom. Participating in marketing activities, including up-selling and distributing menus. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of safe driving experience. Strong navigational skills to locate addresses accurately. Ability to navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings. Clean driving record and successful background check. Access to a fully insured vehicle. Preferred experience as a delivery driver or similar role in a restaurant setting. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and POS/KPS systems. Servsafe or required state food safety certification. Capability to manage physical demands such as standing, lifting, and carrying. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
