In this vital role, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive compliance and privacy program. Your focus will be on ensuring our adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements as well as internal policies, which is critical in our mission of delivering top-notch healthcare. You will interact regularly with our Board of Directors, the CEO, and various stakeholders, including medical staff, community leaders, and government agencies. Your responsibilities will include identifying and mitigating organizational risks, leading engaging compliance and privacy training initiatives, and maintaining a robust management reporting system for compliance issues. To excel in this position, you should possess a Master’s degree and have substantial experience as a Chief Compliance Officer in a complex, multi-location healthcare setting. A proven track record in compliance and privacy, specifically in Medicare and Medicaid billing, anti-kickback regulations, fraud and abuse, and managed care compliance is essential. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in data management and analysis, who can enhance our compliance and privacy training programs effectively. Your ability to engage employees in compliance and privacy matters will be crucial for maintaining a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within our organization.
