Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Customer Success Consultant to join our dynamic Customer Success Presales team. This role is pivotal in assisting our Direct Sales Organization to optimize business results while laying the foundation for successful implementation projects with our Delivery organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs), Solution Consultants (SCs), and Delivery teams to lead presales engagements for complex opportunities. Effectively communicate and advocate for the SuiteSuccess methodology to prospects and internal teams. Translate customer objectives into accurate scoping, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW). Deliver compelling presentations and tailored value propositions to C-suite executives and operational stakeholders. Address complex objections, negotiate scope, and manage deal risks. Document deal status, solutions, and estimate iterations thoroughly. Facilitate knowledge transfer to implementation teams ensuring successful delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field. 10 years of technology consulting, implementation, or project management experience. 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite implementation. Demonstrated industry expertise in Food & Beverage, Process Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing, or Retail. Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills. A proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving solutions. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities. High accountability and professionalism in all interactions. Ability to manage multiple priorities across various deals. Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment. Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed. Work Environment: This is a flexible role with on-site presence required 2-3 days a week. Selected candidates will enjoy the blend of remote and in-office collaboration.
