As a CNC, you will oversee patient care functions during your shift while collaborating with the management team to enhance nursing care quality in accordance with established policies and procedures. Your leadership will inspire and support a team dedicated to achieving outstanding patient outcomes. Responsibilities Include: Facilitating smooth admission and discharge processes for optimal patient throughput. Conducting ongoing quality assessments of patient services in collaboration with the management team. Fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff to enhance service and patient outcomes. Championing a patient-first philosophy and engaging in service recovery when needed. Implementing nursing strategies that promote employee engagement and patient satisfaction. Participating in recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff. Overseeing staff scheduling in line with patient needs and productivity standards. Managing inventory control and ensuring the availability of essential supplies and equipment. Qualifications Needed: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment. Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 1 year of leadership experience is required.
