Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and operational delivery of business-critical platforms and services. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to develop product delivery strategies, roadmaps, and timelines. Construct a highly available and scalable platform centered around customer needs. Provide technical guidance across various technologies and lead a diverse team of engineers to success. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-team projects throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ensure seamless coordination of technical delivery, aligning scope, schedule, cost, and outcomes for all involved teams. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Business, Product, and Operations, ensuring effective delivery execution. Coordinate release planning and execution, while maintaining clear communication related to risks and outcomes. Drive the implementation of Agile and hybrid delivery best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, technical program management, or engineering leadership. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale initiatives in matrixed environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree is a plus. Experience in healthcare, insurance, or government sectors is highly desirable.
