Shift Supervisor

Position Summary As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring that each shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the menu and products to guide both team and guests. Lead and manage a dedicated team of 2-5 crew members during your shifts. Act as a key holder, efficiently handling opening and closing responsibilities with accuracy. Excel in a fast-paced atmosphere while fostering effective communication with guests and team members. Engage in training programs and demonstrate a commitment to continuous skill development. Maintain reliability and adhere to scheduling requirements. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting, ideally in a leadership role. Flexibility to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts. Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively and lead teams in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Must be 18 years of age or older.
