Join our Legal Operations team at Coinbase as a Program Manager specializing in Contracts and Data Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration and ongoing optimization of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. Your main objective will be to provide comprehensive technical and operational support to the Institutional Sales team, ensuring that client contracting processes operate smoothly, adhere to regulations, and maximize efficiency. You will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and integrating CLM technologies such as Ironclad, Evisort, and Salesforce while establishing a robust reporting framework for contracts. Your responsibilities include: Creating and maintaining efficient contracting workflows in Ironclad to enhance the Institutional Sales contract pipeline. Leading cross-functional project management initiatives centered on contracts, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery. Facilitating seamless integration planning between CLM systems (like Ironclad and Evisort) and critical business systems (like Salesforce) to refine the institutional contracting process. Developing and managing a comprehensive framework for contract reporting to ensure data integrity and effective data extraction and modeling. Collaborating with Institutional Sales to derive valuable insights and analytics from client agreements. We are looking for candidates with: Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in Legal Operations or a related field. An understanding of the diverse needs of a dynamic Institutional Sales or similar B2B client-facing team, alongside experience in supporting their contracting processes. Expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, especially Ironclad. Strong familiarity with legal technology and AI tools for contract review and data management (e.g., Evisort). The ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Experience in data management, reporting, and creating models for contracts or structured business data. Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with integration planning for key business systems, such as Salesforce. Experience in the financial services or technology sectors, specifically concerning legal and compliance needs for institutional clients. An understanding of the legal, regulatory, and technical landscape associated with cryptocurrency and Web3. Experience designing dashboards and improving processes related to workflow management. P76021 Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,385 to $138,100 USD, depending on your work location. Full-time offers from Coinbase include bonus eligibility, equity options, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
