Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to help us maintain the appearance and functionality of our properties, specifically at our Beckley Townhomes community, a thriving 100-unit apartment complex located in Dallas, TX. Position Summary: As our Lead Maintenance Technician, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the property is well-maintained and that residents have a great living experience. Responsibilities: Oversee property repairs and replacements. Respond to work requests for common areas and individual apartment units. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of property systems. Assess and repair appliances as necessary. Prepare vacant units for new residents. Supervise site maintenance staff and delegate tasks as needed. Participate in on-call duties (trip stipend provided for after-hours calls). Promote and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications: 2 - 3 years of maintenance experience preferred. Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs. HVAC and EPA certifications are an asset. CPO certification is a plus. A valid driver’s license and insurance may be required. Why Dominium?
