In the role of Disposition Specialist, you will take charge of preparing, listing, and guiding investor-owned properties through the sales process—with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and profitability. As a Disposition Specialist, you will be the primary expert for our investor-held properties. Collaborating closely with our Institutional Sales team, you will ensure efficient and professional marketing of these properties, thereby delivering exceptional client satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of service.
