As a Team Leader Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a retail tax office, especially during the critical tax season. Begin with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall and transition to full-time from January through April, delivering exceptional service. It would be great if you also had... Supervisory or management experience A proven track record of providing excellent customer service Your Responsibilities will include... Assist the Multi-Unit Team Leader, serving as a key contact for office associates and clients, ensuring high-quality service and consistent operation. Hold all tax office associates accountable for delivering outstanding client service, with necessary escalation to higher management. Manage onsite escalated client service concerns with professionalism. Ensure proper client scheduling and resolution of conflicts, reporting to the Multi-Unit Team Leader as needed. Lead from the front desk, engaging with clients and overseeing phone coverage to create an excellent client experience. Organize daily operations to guarantee that associates are scheduled and work is prioritized and completed on time, adhering to quality standards. Conduct daily huddles to communicate vital information to office staff. What You Bring to the Team... Experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage daily office operations effectively. A customer-centric mindset along with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems. Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Availability for a flexible 40-hour work week adaptable to business needs.
