Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing responses for proposals, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and developing strategies for effective negotiations. Your expertise will be essential in managing the entire contracting life cycle while minimizing risks and ensuring our corporate goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Review and respond to solicitations with detailed proposals. Collaborate with Business Development on procurement strategies. Analyze unique contract requirements and terms to ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies. Provide guidance on contract activities to internal teams. Facilitate communication with finance, accounting, and business disciplines to address contract issues. Develop negotiation strategies and assist in negotiations on contract terms. Coordinate with contracting officers for necessary administrative documentation. Manage the contract change control process effectively. Maintain the contract database and ensure proper documentation. Oversee the complete contracting life cycle from proposal preparation to close-out. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience managing subcontracts under Prime contract awards, including Cost Reimbursable, Firm, Fixed Price, and Time & Material awards. Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, and CPSR compliance. Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Coupa, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with strong multitasking skills and sound decision-making. Experience in complex subcontract negotiations and resolving disputes independently. Background supporting Federal Health, Civilian, and DoD programs. Track record of compliance with CPSR standards and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
