Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is seeking a dedicated Evening Turndown Service Attendant to join our exceptional Housekeeping Team! This luxurious oceanfront retreat boasts stunning architecture and design, featuring 290 elegant rooms, an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a fitness center, a serene boutique Spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 delightful food and beverage outlets including a restaurant, poolside grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining. Classification: Full-Time Shift: Various - must be available to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. What will I be doing? As an Evening Turndown Service Attendant, you will play a vital role in cleaning and stocking guest rooms while providing exceptional turndown service to enhance the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: Providing thorough turndown service, including partially removing and neatly storing bedcovers, fulfilling guest preferences (such as filling ice buckets), and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies. Cleaning and stocking guest rooms as assigned, ensuring that bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces are spotless. Changing bed linens to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Dusting furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves to uphold cleanliness standards. Replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms to ensure everything is readily available for guests. Vacuuming and emptying trash to maintain a tidy environment. Conducting visual room inspections upon completion of tasks to ensure quality. Dispose of trash and recyclables in line with the hotel’s sustainability guidelines. Assisting with Room Attendant duties and other housekeeping tasks as needed. Responding to special guest requests promptly, friendly, and efficiently to ensure a delightful stay.
