Job Title: Project Manager/ Scrum Master Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: Long Term Employment Type: W2 No of openings: 1 Description Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and integrate related projects. Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables while involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders about project status, risks, and changes. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective project deliverables. Organize training sessions for staff on new features and functionalities. Identify potential risks and implement contingency plans. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure smooth software transitions. Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations. Coordinate and manage user testing, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments. Required Skills Minimum of 10+ years of experience with Cloud Migrations and Infrastructure projects experience Mandate requirement Proficiency in project management software tools, techniques, and methods including JIRA. Mandate requirement AWS Cloud & CAAS Tools Mandate requirement Agile Methodology PMP certificate or Scrum Master Certification Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
