Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in a public school setting located in Seattle, WA. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech and language support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role requires on-site presence and involves managing a varied caseload focused on supporting students' communication needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students K-12 Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with educational regulations Participate in meetings, assessments, and parent communications as required Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) Washington state SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential Successful fingerprint clearance through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) Experience working within a school environment preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with students and school personnel Position Details: Location: Seattle, WA (in-person work required) Contract type: Full-time, school year contract Hours: 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per week Caseload: K-12 students (specific details to be confirmed) This role provides a meaningful avenue to support students' speech and language development in an educational setting.
