This position is office-based, with a preference for Spanish-speaking candidates due to significant foot traffic and incoming calls from current policyholders. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing timely and accurate policy information. Support customers with policy changes, updates, and general inquiries. Explain insurance coverage details and answer questions; coaching and licensing support will be provided. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system; in-house training will be provided. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations and outstanding service delivery. Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach to everyday risk management and insurance solutions. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred due to client demographics. Willingness to obtain and maintain insurance licensing; all coaching and licensing fees will be paid and reimbursed by the agency. We currently have 2 team members at our agency. We have 7 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
