A registered nurse with pediatric experience is needed to coordinate and provide professional nursing care for pediatric patients at a well-regarded regional pediatric practice. This full-time contract role is located in Londonderry, NH, and requires candidates actively moving to New Hampshire. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the Nursing Process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and promptly report any changes or concerns. Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders, policies, and protocols.
