Job Title: Junior HRIS Analyst Work Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 9 month contract with option to extend or hire Education/Experience Required:1-2 years of hands-on experience in an HRIS (preferably SuccessFactors) Job Description & Responsibilities: Design, maintain, and execute processes within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in support of the organization's data management and reporting needs Initiate, review, and approve employee lifecycle workflows including new hires, job changes, compensation updates, and terminations Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS Develop and maintain detailed queries and reports from various HR systems Evaluate, research, and deliver timely ad-hoc report request results Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making Maintain data integrity by performing routine HR system data audits Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed Issue resolution and system validations for various HR systems including: Employee and Manager Self Service processes Hiring, Job Changes, and Terminations Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Learning integrations Make process improvement recommendations and work on system projects Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades Provide Tier I Support via internal ticketing tool (JIRA) Assist other team members and customers as needed Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications:Key Requirements: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an HRIS (preferably SuccessFactors) experience navigating backend system objects, workflows, permissions, or configuration system ownership exposure system imports Intermediate Excel skills Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments Requirements: Advanced Excel knowledge required Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized and detail oriented Strong execution skills with ability to manage high-volume transactional workflows Ability to work in a geographically distributed project team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Perform work with a high degree of latitude.
