We will rely on you to work with the production team to ensure products are produced and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state regulations.Our ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, reliable, and strives to maintain the highest standards of quality for all of our products.Key Responsibilities: Ensure all production manufacturing processes are followed according to prescribed SOP's while also identifying opportunities to improve efficienciesPrepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to State regulationsPrepare material for production, processing, and assembling cannabis and materials to form pre-rolls, weighing it on a certified scale to the exact weight and placing the product in appropriate bins/bags/storageMaintains the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participates in the clean-up of equipment and the workplace at the end of every day.Assists the Production team with daily activities of assigned shifts and helps with tasks as delegated by the Lead or ManagerContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.Manages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work. Necessary Skills: Works successfully in a team settingRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.2 - 4 Years – Experience in the production field or similar manufacturing environment2 - 4 Years – Experience in Position Required Qualifications: The Packager position requires an H.S.
