We are seeking a Resident Care Aide (RCA) who loves working with seniors, takes pride in high-quality care, and approaches every task with attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. Cares deeply about seniors and genuinely enjoys spending time with them Delivers care with attention to detail, accuracy, and high standards Can patiently listen to residents' stories and coax cooperation when needed Follows established processes and documentation requirements meticulously Is polite, professional, and friendly bringing a smile to residents and teammates Works as a team player and steps in wherever help is needed Maintains a calm, positive, and supportive environment Position Summary The RCA provides direct care and support to residents, promoting comfort, independence, and dignity. You will assist with personal care, dining, activities, and housekeeping while creating meaningful connections with residents, families, and the care team.
