To learn more about BBC, visit our website at Job Summary The Bookkeeper is a key member of the Community Relations and Internal Operations our team, working to support the financial operations of BBC entities and subsidiaries. This preparation and processing of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other financial management functions. Essential Functions Creation of accounts receivable client invoices. Entry and tracking of all accounts payables and receivables. Preparation and filing of certain taxes, financial components of grant reporting. Bank reconciliation of all entities & subsidiaries Tracking of all revenue/income receivables from all entities and subsidiaries Preparation and processing of weekly payment disbursements for all entities & subsidiaries Update accounting listing (class, items and other as necessary) Coordinating designated time with the CPA to help with company accounting processes Prepare accounts for month and year- end processes Assist with yearly audit as necessary
