Environmental Sustainability Advisor

In the role of Advisor for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), you will help design strategies to mitigate risks and identify opportunities that align with our corporate goals. Key Responsibilities Data Collection and Analysis Act as the primary contact for our Salesforce Net Zero Cloud reporting platform. Collect and analyze environmental data across business units to identify trends in energy, water, and waste management. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sustainability performance metrics at various organizational levels. Assist field teams with environmental metrics reporting, including setup and training support. Explore automation options to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data collection. Project Support Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on sustainability initiatives, focusing on energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Participate in the development of sustainability working groups targeting Scope 1 and 2 Emissions. Research emerging sustainability trends and regulations that may impact our business. Assist in carbon footprint calculations, lifecycle assessments, and other environmental impact analyses. Reporting & Compliance Prepare environmental data for public disclosures, including annual sustainability reports and compliance frameworks. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data for both internal and external reporting purposes. Support business partners in regulatory compliance tracking and reporting. Monitor updates to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Scope 2 guidance and assess its implications for our decarbonization efforts. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a sustainability or data analysis role, preferably supporting ESG initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a Master's degree in sustainability or related field is a plus. Deep understanding of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and relevant reporting frameworks. Proven track record of environmental sustainability reporting, both domestic and international. Experience in data collection management and IT solutions implementation. Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Knowledge of Salesforce applications is highly desirable. Experience with coding languages for automation is a plus. Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and reports. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
