Your Role Will Involve: Managing change impacts in construction and life sciences environments to ensure seamless transitions. Developing and implementing effective change management strategies to boost productivity, efficiency, adaptability, and regulatory compliance. Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify risks, barriers, and resistance to change. Designing and delivering change management materials such as communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Integrating change management practices throughout the project lifecycle to maximize outcomes. Aligning change initiatives with project schedules, construction activities, and regulatory milestones. Building strong relationships with sponsors, program leaders, change champions, and affected stakeholders. Coaching teams and leaders on effective change management techniques. Defining success metrics, assessing risks, and implementing mitigation plans for change initiatives. Leading by example and influencing stakeholders to adopt consistent change management practices. Please note: Being on-site with our clients is crucial for driving delivery and fostering strong client relationships. While we appreciate flexibility, some in-person collaboration is essential for building connections with clients and peers. Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000 per year. Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skills, and experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in change management, construction, or life sciences; equivalent combinations of education and experience are also considered. Preferred Qualifications: An innovative mindset to create methods that push beyond existing norms. The ability to tackle unique problems with both standard and creative solutions that have a broad impact on the business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Exceptional organizational skills and a curious mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent time management skills. Experience in construction project settings within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries is highly advantageous.
