Technical Recruiter - 1-2 years of experience needed! (Hybrid ~ Camp Hill office - 2-3 days a week!) Hybrid work options available with 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) your first year!! Pay range, benefits, perks: The starting base salary range is $45K, dependent on previous experience plus uncapped bonus potential that may be very lucrative once trained and established. Duties and job functions: In this role, you will develop a network of talented professionals in the Engineering/Skilled Trades job areas. Some main job functions of our recruiter role include: sourcing candidates, relationship building, interviewing, sales, and documentation. You will learn the ins and outs of your specialty and JFC's recruiting methods one step at a time, receiving individual guidance from managers, colleagues, and an experienced mentor along the way.
