Enjoy competitive compensation: Total OTE of $250,000-300,000. Base Salary: $150,000+ (increased from $100,000) Performance-Based Earnings: $100,000-$150,000+, with no earning caps. Your Role: As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will harness your deep understanding of Amazon FBA to develop innovative growth strategies and tackle complex challenges with agility. Essential Skills & Experience: Expertise in Organic Ranking: Skilled in product launches, ranking strategies, and algorithm mechanics. Proficient in Amazon PPC: Successful track record managing ad budgets of $50K+/month. Brand Management: Proven experience overseeing Private Label brands with annual revenues surpassing $10M. Logistics Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of COGs, fees, inventory management, and profitability optimization (P&L). Catalog Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues effectively. Your Key Responsibilities: Engage in weekly strategy calls with clients to monitor project progress and drive initiatives forward. Address Amazon-specific challenges and provide guidance through key projects. Deliver clear next steps and monitor the progress of ongoing projects. Provide daily support through Slack and Email communication. Continuously improve our consulting methodologies. Participate actively in weekly training sessions and team meetings. Qualifications: Full-time remote employment. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Amazon FBA management, specifically with brands generating over $10M in revenue. Proficient in managing PPC campaigns with monthly budgets of at least $50K. Strong familiarity with Seller Central, capable of effective navigation and optimization. Excellent project management and communication skills. A positive, proactive mindset with a client-first approach. Fluency in English. Ambitious, driven, and eager to maximize earning potential.
