Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their loved ones. Required Qualifications Current RN license BLS (other certifications as required by facility) Two years of recent Home Health RN experience Strong communication and adaptability skills
