WHAT YOU'LL DO (DAY-TO-DAY)As a Content Technician – Disaster Cleaning Specialist, you will: Conduct onsite assessments of affected areasCarefully clean, sort, document, and restore salvageable contentsUtilize Encircle to track and manage customer inventoryExecute packout and packback processes with accuracyAssist on projects involving fire damage, smoke odor removal, and water damagePerform insurance claim cleaning tasks with a high level of detailCollaborate with a high-performing team to complete restoration projects safely and efficientlyMaintain professionalism and empathy while working in customers' homes during stressful situations This position requires consistent focus, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality on every job.
