This key leadership role involves overseeing and enhancing our mortgage processing and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven aptitude for driving significant processing improvements and leading transformative operational initiatives, especially in the realm of digital transformation. The VP will ensure high-quality, compliant performance across onshore and offshore teams while implementing scalable process improvements. To succeed in this position, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong preference for candidates who have a solid background in mortgage processing or operations. We require at least 10 years of management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role specific to mortgage processing or operations. A history of utilizing data and analytics to drive enhancements, alongside expertise in workflow optimization and operational redesign, is essential. Applicants should have a deep understanding of mortgage processing, documentation requirements, and the end-to-end loan lifecycle. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, investor guidelines, and GSE loan programs is crucial. Proficiency in mortgage origination systems and analytics tools is a must, as well as the capability to lead diverse teams across various locations while being agile to changing market conditions.
